Think how it feels
It’s time to press the pause button and get off the treadmill. Tim will take you through a series of exercises to think and feel differently about work and get back to the basics about who you actually are, not who you’ve become. Having reaffirmed your values, needs, and purpose, you can really start moving forward.
2.1 Time
In this module, Tim talks about the importance of making choices about how you use your time. And a good way to visualise how you spend your time is by creating your own Pie Chart.
2.2 Thinking & feeling
Time is a precious commodity, and we need to use it wisely. In this video, Tim encourages you to find a quiet place where you can have the space you need to think and feel.
2.3 Timeout
Tim raises the issue of taking time out to remind yourself of who you are and not what you’ve become.
2.4 Self-awareness
Any change that we make ought to be positive and towards something, but it must come from within. And the first step has to be self-awareness.
