Making it Work
This is where everything comes together: helping you embed your change and make it real. Too often, even when we want things badly, we fail because we haven’t truly committed to living the change. At the end of the course, you will create a pledge of commitment to your personal change. And your Three Piece Life may never be the same again.
7.1 Difficulty of change
Tim explains how the most difficult part of the whole course is in making change real. He also talks about physical and mental resilience and the importance of proper sleep.
7.2 Building a network
Tim gives some examples of how to embed change and make it real, including making external commitments and building a support network.
7.3 Expect the unexpected
Nothing should ever be set in stone. Life has a curious way of throwing us unexpected issues, and so the key is to have solid roots and build flexibility.
7.4 Committing to change
The end. This means making a personal commitment to change. Write things down and share your commitments.
